How to Use Silicone Baking Mat Making Color Drawing Cake Rolls

Silicone baking mat is made of food-grade silicone raw materials and imported ultra-dense glass fiber. It uses liquid silicone sealing color process. Silicone baking mat has good durability, unfading, double-sided available, anti-tack, anti-skid, easy to demold. Various patterns can be designed and sealed on the silicone baking mat, such as lovely animal, heart shape, dot shape, Christmas decorations, flower and so on.

Instructions for use:
Use water to boil the mat for one minute for decontamination and sterilization before the first use. Wash with detergent before each use and wipe dry with a soft cloth. After using, wash it with warm water, wipe dry and reserve.

Precautions:
Don't directly expose the silicone mat to flame or fire.
Can't be used for a long time in temperature above 230℃.
Don't use rough surface objects to wipe the silicone mat.
Not using knife or sharp tools on the mat.

Materials for cake rolls:
Cake: 4 eggs, berry sugar 10g, water 60g, butter 40g, a little vanilla fine, low gluten flour 80g (cake body), low gluten flour 1 tsp, corn flour 1 tsp, and food coloring (5 color)1/8 tsp.
Syrup: berry sugar 10g, hot water 20g, white rum 1/2 tbsp.
Inner stuffing: berry sugar 14g, fresh cream 150g, strawberry fruit sauce (can select kiwi and banana each 1/4, a piece of yellow peach).

I. Advance preparation:

II. Making egg yolk paste:
  • Separate egg yolk and egg white in reserve, divide four eggs into an egg white, three egg white, and three egg yolks (one egg yolk unused).

IV. Draw colorful paste on the silicone baking mat:

VI. Cooling:

VII. Make inner stuffing:
  • Put fresh cream and berry sugar into a pot across the ice water, stir until form stiff peaks.
  • Mix the coarse sugar and hot water to be dissolved. After cool, add the white rum to mix well.

VIII. Roll the cake:
