Features:
  1. Features in no deformation, high temperature resistance, acid/alkali resistance, no swelling.
  2. Good shrinkage, long service life, mold silicone shrinkage rate is about 1/500.
  3. Good tension, stretch and tear performance, not only make your product beautiful, but also make the product free from deformation. The temperature resistance can be over 200℃ or under -50℃.

Curing agent adding ratio and reaction:
  1. Add 2-3% curing agent within 30 minutes of operation time (room temperature 25℃). The mold can be completely cured in about 3-4 hours, and the best application condition will be 24 hours after production.
  2. Silicone and curing agent mixing ratio is 100:2 to 100:5. For example: 100 grams of silicone, adding 2-5 grams of curing agent. Curing agent by 5% of the proportion of added free of charge. If the operation time is shorter or longer, in principle, do not take less or more curing agent.

Things you need to know:
1. Mold silicone rubber, also known as room temperature vulcanization mold silicone rubber, has good mobility and good operability. Add 2%-5% of the curing agent, silicone can still flow within 30 minutes, 4-8 hours before the mold can be completely cured, and the general mold placed 24 hours before use. This time all aspects of mold performance is relatively stable, the application will better. The finished mold has acid and alkali resistance, long service life, anti-deformation, low shrinkage, high temperature resistance, good resistance to tear and other properties. The high quality molds are widely used in resin crafts, culture stone, resin plaster lighting, sandstone relief and other mold making.
2. The product is a white fluid liquid, fully cured hardness is 30±2A°, suitable for medium or slightly larger pieces product. If you are making 30cm or smaller pieces of products or fine pattern products, you should use 15-20A° material. The silicone mold has good stripping effect, which will not damage the fine patterns of products, and will not damage the model. 50cm or larger product is recommended to use 25-30 degrees to open the mold. 100cm or larger product uses 35-40 degrees.
3. The amount of curing agent is determined according to customer demand. Curing time is affected by addition of curing agent, more curing agent will offer faster curing; in the contrary, it will be slower. The normal operating temperature of silicone is 25℃, lower temperature will cause curing slower, higher the temperature will cause curing faster. However, the humidity problem is not much impact.

Technical guide:
  1. Shake the curing agent before use. Silicone (A): curing agent (B) =100:2-5, electronic weighing result.
  2. Pour A and B components into the container, then stir with a rod evenly. When the color is more uniform, the mixing is finished. The bottom and the wall of the container must be well scraped to ensure that the silicone is well mixed with the curing agent. Silicone and curing agent must be evenly mixed, if not stir evenly, the mold will appear one has been cured, a no curing, silicone will appear curing uneven situation will affect the life of silicone mold and the number of molds, and even die scrapped.
  3. After mix the silicone and curing agent evenly, the material should have a bubble exhausting. Vacuum time should not be too long, under normal circumstances, not more than ten minutes.
  4. The vacuum container should not be filled too full, or the silicone will easy to overflow.
  5. When making medium or large size products, the mold making process generally paste a layer of gauze or glass fiber cloth.
  6. Put the silicone at room temperature 25℃ for 3-4 hours, it can be completely cured. Do not heat the silicone for curing, even to accelerate the curing time of heating, the temperature is not recommended above 60℃.
  7. If the product prototype is ceramic and other silicon-containing materials, it is best to spray some release agent to facilitate stripping.
  8. In order to achieve the best performance, the new mold is best to be placed 24 hours before using.
